What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
There is no limit based on our standard color. Customized colors require a minimum of 2000m.
What is the expected delivery time?
The delivery time is approximately 15-30 days, depending on whether the raw material specifications are in stock.
What are the available sizes for the panels?
The maximum length of a panel can reach up to 7.8 meters.
How are the products packaged for transport?
We use plastic film on the usage surface and shrink plastic film on the outside. Complete sets of roller shutters are packed in plywood for maximum protection.
What payment terms do you accept?
We typically accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, and Credit Cards. Other payment terms can be discussed upon request.
Is the door installation process difficult?
The installation is easy. We provide a manual book and installation videos for your reference. We also offer technical support and staff training if needed.
