We offer a 5-Year Warranty for the battery motor. It can normally be used for at least 8 years.

We provide a long-time warranty for all motors and offer free replacement motors during the warranty period if any issues arise.
Q: What blind size is suitable for this motor?
The minimum width required for the motorized style is 530mm. The maximum size we suggest for a 25mm diameter motor is 2500mm in width.
Q: What should you do when the motor runs out of power?
Please check the indicator light while charging or try using another charger. The battery motor can run for 3-5 months on a full charge. Please recharge it when it runs out of power, similar to operating a mobile phone. Please note that the battery inside the motor cannot be removed.
