Q2: How about the delivery time?

Normally, if the goods are in stock, it takes 7-10 days. If the goods are not in stock, it will take 15-35 days, depending on the ordered quantity and specific requirements.

Q3: Can you do OEM for me?

Yes, OEM is fully acceptable. Please contact us with your specifications, and we will arrange reasonable pricing and samples for you as soon as possible.

Q4: What is the material of your motor winding?

The primary material utilized is 100% copper wire. Aluminum wire is also available as an option for our AC motor models.

Q5: May I know the Minimum Order Quantity?

Any order quantity is welcome. We also support sample orders so that you can verify and test our product quality.

Q6: What are your terms of payment?

We accept company bank transfers. For samples, it is 100% T/T in advance. For standard orders, we require a 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance settled prior to delivery.
