1. What is the standard payment term for orders?
We typically accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% upon receipt of the B/L copy. Irrevocable L/C is also an option.
2. What is the normal lead time for product delivery?
For in-stock goods, it is generally 5-7 days. For items not in stock, the lead time is approximately 15-20 days, depending on the order quantity.
3. Do you provide customized OEM services?
Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM services and can custom-design motors for specific applications.
4. How is the motor's power and compatibility ensured?
Our manufacturing process uses 100% pure copper wire and appropriately volumed capacitors to ensure the motor can drive your machine effectively.
5. What quality control measures are in place?
Quality is guaranteed through meticulous drawing checks, precision processing of shafts and end covers, and repeated dynamic balance inspections.
6. What is the standard method of packaging?
All goods are packed securely in cartons and loaded onto pallets. We can also adopt special packaging methods upon request.
