Packing & Delivery

Packing: One set in two cartons, plastic bag inside, carton outside. (Outside cartons can be customized according to customers' requirements, such as printing logos, custom design, or text).
Loading Capacity: A 20 GP container can hold about 520-550 PCS AC motors, or 480-520 PCS DC motors.
Delivery Time: Goods will be delivered in 10-45 days after receiving your deposit, depending on your exact quantity and requirements.

Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we are a professional manufacturer of rolling door motors with our own dedicated production factory.

How about your delivery time?

Generally, if the goods are in stock, it takes 7-10 days. If the items are not in stock, it takes 15-35 days, based on the customer's exact quantity and custom requirements.

Can you provide OEM services?

Yes, OEM is fully acceptable. Please get in touch with your detailed specifications, and we will prepare a reasonable pricing proposal and samples as soon as possible.

What materials are used for your motor windings?

The main winding material is 100% copper wire. We also offer aluminum wire configuration as an option for AC motors.

What are your terms of payment?

We accept company bank wire transfers. For sample orders, 100% T/T payment in advance is required. For bulk orders, the terms are 30% T/T in advance and a 70% balance payment prior to delivery.
